Online monitoring without trenching a single cable

Continuous monitoring used to mean cable trays, junction boxes and months of installation. This system replaces all of it with three proven components. Sensor-Works BluVib sensors measure vibration and temperature on the machine. The Cassia X2000 — a weather-proof, IP66-rated, long-range Bluetooth gateway built for industrial IoT — collects from the sensors and runs VibCloud’s edge service on the gateway itself. And VibCloudOnline in the cloud handles analysis, dashboards, trends and notifications.

The three components work as one engineered system: one gateway covers a wide area of plant, sensors install in minutes, and the whole fleet is managed remotely — so your team spends its time on machine health, not on infrastructure.

Mount the sensors

BluVib wireless sensors attach to each measurement point — vibration and temperature, battery-powered, no wiring.

Install the gateway

The Cassia X2000 mounts on a pole or wall, indoors or out, powered over Ethernet or 12V DC, connected via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or cellular.

VibCloud on the edge

VibCloud’s edge service runs on the X2000 itself, managing sensor configuration and reliable data collection at the source.

Analyse in the cloud

Data flows to VibCloudOnline for dashboards, trending, alarms and diagnostics — with notifications before failures happen.

Built for unattended operation. VibCloud’s edge service on the gateway manages every sensor connection, schedules measurements and recovers automatically from radio or network interruptions — collection simply resumes, with no one needed on site.

The X2000 supports up to 50 concurrently connected Bluetooth sensors, and one gateway’s long-range coverage typically spans a wide plant area. We’ll size the gateway count during deployment design.
