Technicians collect data periodically on guided routes using a smartphone or tablet - with wired or wireless sensors, or permanently mounted ICP sensors. The lowest-cost way to start predictive maintenance.

Online monitoring

Permanently mounted wireless sensors measure automatically on the schedule you define, with no technician on site. Gateways deliver every reading to VibCloudOnline for dashboards, trends and notifications. Ideal for critical, remote or hard-to-access equipment.

No. VibCloud is hardware-agnostic software. We work with a range of trusted hardware partners and can recommend and facilitate the purchase of sensors, gateways and data acquisition devices tailored to your monitoring needs.

For plug-in wired collection, the Digiducer USB accelerometer is the simplest all-in-one option, while the ICP-USB Signal Conditioner lets you use any existing ICP (IEPE) accelerometer. For wireless walk-around collection, Sensor-Works BluVib P1 sensors mount permanently and are read over Bluetooth.

Sensor-Works BluVib sensors with the Cassia X2000 gateway form a validated, fully wireless online system with VibCloud on the edge and in the cloud. RONDS RW606M sensors with the RH570 data collector are a rugged alternative proven in heavy industry.
