The Sensor-Works BluVib P1 combines a single-axis piezoelectric vibration sensor, temperature measurement, on-board data collection and Bluetooth 5 wireless communication in one compact, battery-powered, IP66-rated housing — with battery life of up to 5 years and ATEX-certified variants for hazardous areas.

Carry a single BluVib P1 on your route and attach it at each measurement point — one sensor covers many machines, with no cable between sensor and phone to snag, drag or fail. Readings transfer over Bluetooth, so once the sensor is attached you can stand clear while it measures. Looking for automated online monitoring instead? Online monitoring is a separate solution using the full BluVib range together with the Cassia X2000 gateway — it has its own page: VibCloud + Sensor-Works + Cassia X2000.

Route-based collection is currently supported on Android devices. iOS support is in active development — contact us for the latest status.

Up to 5 years depending on measurement intervals, and batteries are field-replaceable — no need to return sensors.
